GEECT has reached an agreement with Cineuropa, one of the main sources of information on European cinema, that creates the opportunity for ten GEECT schools to be featured in this media in the near future. This participation would increase the visibility of the European film schools by publishing a series of interviews to the head of studies (or other lecturers) of schools who are part of GEECT. These interviews will give the speakers the chance to highlight their study programmes, their international profile, professional opportunities, bursaries and how they’re reacting/teaching during the pandemic. Besides these interviews and exclusive pieces, cineuropa will also upgrade the info on each school available in their website. Interviews will begin being published March 2021.

We now release this call to all those schools who are interested in benefiting from this opportunity. Ten schools will be selected to benefit from this opportunity. The principles of diversity and inclusion that guide GEECT activity will be the main criteria in selecting the ten schools in case more than that number respond to the call.
